The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes as defined by its Articles of Incorporation. These activities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

Undertake and financially support activities designed to improve and enhance the health of children in eastern and central Europe, with specific attention to the children of Belarus. Such activities are intended to:

Develop new and strengthen existing clinical and provider capabilities in pediatric preventive and curative care through the enhancement of facilities, equipment, supplies, pharmaceutical products and human resources;
Promote and disseminate contemporary knowledge in the health sciences through programs in education, health sciences publications, seminars, workshops, lectures and conferences;
Generate and distribute new knowledge in the health sciences through collaborative research projects;
Create and enhance human resources in the health sciences through focused education, fellowships, tutorials and mentorships;
Expand and augment academic faculties and curricula in areas of the health sciences of benefit to children;
Advocate for the health care needs of children and share successful strategies with local governments and health care agencies.
